We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of purchase.

• To start a return, please contact us.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Lubricants and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellations

We typically dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days.

• To cancel your order for a full refund, contact us before the package ships.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Order Issues

If your package is missing items or contains the wrong products, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and make things right.
